Rey Nambatac scored on a jumper with 18 seconds left, and Rain Or Shine beat Blackwater 85-83 at Araneta Coliseum on Thursday to advance to the 2019 PBA Commissioner's Cup semifinals.

Rain Or Shine faces San Miguel Beer in the next round beginning Saturday at the Big Dome.

The Elasto Painters looked ready to wrap up the series with less than 2 minutes to go in the game, but Mac Belo gave Rain Or Shine a scare with a pair of clutch 3-pointers.

From an 82-75 deficit, Blackwater tied the game at 83-all thanks to Belo's timely shooting.

But Nambatac came to Rain Or Shine's rescue, hitting a short jumper that proved to be the game winner, as Blackwater came up empty in its final possession.

Nambatac finished with a game-high 21 points off the bench, while Carl Montgomery added 14 points and 23 rebounds.

Belo and Ray Parks Jr. each scored 16 points to lead Blackwater.
