Can't visit the gym because of the coronavirus pandemic?
Here's what ABS-CBN's resident fitness guru Dyan Castillejo would suggest if you want to stay fit while staying indoors.
This home workout video shows a circuit training routine you can do at home even without gym equipment.
"Create a 10-station exercise circuit using different things that you have at home or no equipment. Go from one exercise to another and do for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds. Move on to the next exercise until you complete the 10 moves," Castillejo said.
"The circuit I did here varies exercises for the lower and upper body plus abs, of course. Repeat the circuit twice for a 20-minute workout or 3 times for a 30-minute workout."
"So a full circuit and you feel super worked out!"
