MANILA -- As a kid, former National University (NU) Lady Bulldog Ria Nabalan dreamed of becoming a solider.

Now that she's part of the Philippine Navy, the 5-foot-7 athlete is now serving her country as part of the frontline battling COVID-19.

As a player, Nabalan holds the distinction of being UAAP's only player with a 80-0 win-loss record in the games.

She hopes to continue making everyone proud as she takes on national duty.
