MANILA – San Beda head coach Boyet Fernandez confirmed on Sunday that their star point guard, Evan Nelle, has missed the Red Lions' recent practices.

However, Fernandez is unsure as to what Nelle's next move is, amidst reports that the guard is mulling a transfer to De La Salle University.

"For now, we still don't know what Evan's plan is," Fernandez told ABS-CBN News on Sunday afternoon.

"He missed the last few practices, and (we) have yet to hear from him," he added.

It was reported by Tiebreaker Times and Spin that Nelle was set to move from San Beda to La Salle, which would require him to sit out the upcoming collegiate basketball season before suiting up for new Green Archers coach Derrick Pumaren.

Nelle was part of the Mythical Team in NCAA Season 95, after averaging 10.2 points, 6.7 assists, and 4.5 rebounds per game. He helped San Beda sweep the elimination round, but they lost to Letran in three games in the finals.
