MANILA - Two American fugitives wanted for fraud and money laundering in Texas were arrested last month in Pampanga, the Bureau of Immigration said Sunday.

Robert Boling Jr. and Allan Velarde Kerr were arrested on August 7 in Angeles and Mabalacat cities, respectively, and will soon be deported for being undesirable aliens as their passports have expired several years ago, the agency said.

Boling had been hiding in the country since 2011, while Kerr last arrived in December 2006.

The two are among the suspects who stole information from the US Department of Defense network systems to take over the bank accounts of their victims and funnel the money to accomplices in the Philippines, the bureau said, citing information from the US Embassy in Manila.
