MANILA—The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Saturday that 3,928 out of 5,563 examinees passed the mechanical engineer licensure examination given by the Board of Mechanical Engineering in various cities in the Philippines in August 2019.
Lester Corpin Toledo from the Cebu Institute of Technology-University (CIT-U) topped the board examination with a rating of 94.65 percent.
Hutch Niño Valles from the Bulacan State University-Malolos came in second with 94.05 percent, followed by Reginald Luther Orbiso Sinay from the CIT-U with 93.95 percent.
The successful examinees who garnered the 10 highest places in the mechanical engineer licensure examination are as follows:
Meanwhile, 59 out of 137 examinees passed the certified plant mechanic licensure examination.
Elisha Joyce Bacolod Villanueva of the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta-Las Piñas topped the certification exam with a rating of 85.55 percent.
