Mich Dulce, a hat designer whose collection was featured at London Fashion Week in 2012, posted a video on social media alleging she was groped by an American man at a bar in Makati Friday night.
A former celebrity "Pinoy Big Brother" housemate, Dulce shared the incident on Instagram in a cuss-filled video that showed her confronting the man who she said "grabbed" her butt.
"I started to scream at him and he walked back and told me to my face that he was an American in the Philippines and that he could grab any ass he wanted," she claimed. "I couldn't believe my ears."
In her clip, Dulce could be heard telling off the man and asking him to leave the bar. The man maintained his innocence by insisting Dulce show him a video as proof that he groped her.
Dulce acknowledged that she didn't manage to film the exact moment, but added there were witnesses.
"If you know who he is it's time to shame him and other idiots like him," she urged her followers in her caption for the clip.
Dulce is best known as a hat designer, whose work has been showcased in various international magazines.
She was included in a list of the "the most exciting new names in sustainable fashion" by UK department store Selfridges last year.
She designed the hat Anne Curtis wore when she posed for a classy topless shoot for Metro Weddings, unveiled this month.
She's all for female empowerment, joining a march in Paris earlier this year advocating women's rights and equality.
She's also part of a local women's group that aims to provide a venue to discuss feminism and other issues affecting Pinays.
She joined "Pinoy Big Brother" back in 2006.
