MANILA — A three-piece band and a group of young dancers will be moving on to the next round after impressing the judges in Sunday's episode of "Your Moment."

A total of six acts — three each for the dance and singing category — performed for judges Billy Crawford, Nadine Lustre and Boy Abunda.

In the end, it was Streecacy that ruled in the dance category, and Verse Band in the singing category.

Streecacy, composed of five students who combined their talents with their advocacy of helping other young people in their simple way, earned praises for their lyrical dance performance.

"Gustong gustong gusto ko 'yung performance. Kumbaga nakakita ako ng painting, lahat nandoon na, lahat ng strokes na kailangang makita sa pagsasayaw, nakita ko," Crawford told the group.

"Napaka-meaningful eh. Para siyang art na gumagalaw," Lustre added.

In the singing category, Verse Band, composed of siblings Nisha, Jade and Benok Bedaña, also wowed the judges with their amazing vocals.

"With your performance, napakalinis ng boses mo, napakapulido and sobrang sarap pakinggan," Lustre told the band.

"You guys started by saying, you guys shut up and listen to me," Abunda added.

Hosted by Luis Manzano and Vhong Navarro, "Your Moment" is billed as a 2-in-1 competition, with both singers and dancers given equal opportunity to showcase their talent. The grand cash prize for the winners is P2 million.

It airs every Saturday and Sunday, after "Home Sweetie Home: Extra Sweet" and "Wansapanataym," respectively.
