MANILA - A teenager from Antipolo City is the latest addition to Bamboo's Kamp Kawayan.
On Sunday's episode of "The Voice Teens 2," Gab Cayabyab covered Juan Karlos Labajo's "Demonyo," making three judges turn for him, including Bamboo, who was Labajo's coach during his stint on "The Voice Kids."
"Hindi lang 'yung tunog eh. It's not just that, na parang may iyak sa boses mo. May something, it's so captivating. Nakuha mo na yung puso ko eh, without having to try very, very hard. I didn't even know about the guitar hanggang sa umikot na ako, oh, it's a musician," Lea Salonga told Cayabyab.
"Sa akin, it's your delivery eh. It's just how you sing, which makes you different and unique, which I really like," Bamboo added.
Cayabyab eventually chose to be part of Bamboo's team, sharing afterward that he felt like his new coach can help him enhance his skills.
