The Wolfgang’s Steakhouse mobile kitchen makes it possible for the restaurant staff to cook and prepare everything—from the steaks to the salads, the burgers and appetizers—right in your own address. The vehicle, equipped with restaurant-standard equipment, including broilers that go up to 1800 Fahrenheit, allow the service to achieve the same hot-off-the-grill steaks and quality that one would expect in the restaurant.
For more intimate gatherings, you can even ask a Wolfgang chef to cook in your own kitchen. He will arrive armed with all the essentials—ingredients, cookware, the steak, of course. “Eighty percent of what we do is bringing in the best meat,” says managing partner Raymund Magdaluyo. The star of a Wolfgang meal, after all, remains to be the USDA Prime Black Angus beef, dry-aged in-house—a process that ensures the meat’s fantastic, juicy tenderness.
