Creamline star Alyssa Valdez shone the brightest in the Premier Volleyball League Season 2 Open Conference as she claimed the Most Valuable Player plum.
Valdez beat out the rest of the field with impressive statistics throughout the elimination round and her leadership has brought Creamline on the cusp of another title conquest.
Valdez, who copped the inaugural Reinforced Conference MVP, dominated the scoring department with 280 points she tallied from 231 kills, 34 aces and 15 kill blocks in the 14-game double round robin eliminations.
She also topped the league in success rate in attacks with a 40.38% efficiency and ranked first in aces with an average of 0.65 service winner per set. The former Ateneo de Manila University star also showed her prowess on floor defense with 3.50 digs per frame, placing fourth in the department behind three liberos.
