MANILA, Philippines – Another huge crowd is expected at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan on December 25, where traditional rivals Barangay Ginebra and Magnolia will face off on Christmas Day to serve as the early highlight of the 2017-18 PBA Philippine Cup.

The PBA on Thursday released a partial schedule of the first conference, which officially starts on December 17 at the Araneta Coliseum.

Defending All-Filipino champion San Miguel Beer sees action immediately, as they open their title defense against the Phoenix Fuel Masters following the opening ceremonies at the Big Dome.

Action shifts to the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan on December 20, then to the Cuneta Astrodome on December 22, before the PBA troops once more to the 50,000-seater Philippine Arena for Christmas Day.

A showdown between NLEX and GlobalPort will serve as the appetizer to the "Manila Clasico."

The PBA then returns to the Araneta Coliseum on December 27, and to the Cuneta Astrodome on December 29. The PBA has yet to release a full schedule for the conference.
