MANILA--It's going to be an all-Filipino men's doubles final in Southeast Asian Games tennis.

Treat Huey and Ruben Gonzales Jr. beat Khanh Le Quoc and Hoang Nam Ly of Vietnam 6-1, 6-3, while Francis Casey Alcantara and Jeson Patrombon cruised past Vietnam's Daniel Cao Nguyen and Phuong Nguyen Van 6-3, 6-1 on Friday to arrange the duel for the gold.

The final is at Rizal Memorial Sports Complex on Saturday.

"It was a great performance (Friday), I think Ruben and I played pretty well, so we're excited for (Saturday)," said Huey.

Talking about the competitive second set, Gonzales said he believes that the Vietnamese team just found their groove.

"I think we were just doing the same thing, I think they started playing a little bit better, but we stuck to our game plan and started executing a little better and then we started to figure it out, so that's was the difference."
