BanKo snapped a two-game slide with a sweet revenge win over Motolite. Sports Vision

BanKo checked a two-game slide and boosted its drive for a semifinals seat with a 25-21, 25-19, 25-21 revenge win over first round tormentor Motolite on Saturday in the Premier Volleyball League Season 3 Open Conference.

Dzi Gervacio connived with co-veterans Sue Roces and Nicole Tiamzon to make sure that Motolite won’t pull a comeback as the Perlas Spikers moved back in the Top 4 with a 7-5 win-loss record.

Gervacio hammered 19 of her 20 points on kills while Roces and Tiamzon got 13 and 12 markers, respectively, for BanKo, which took advantage of Motolite’s inopportune-timed errors to avenge its five-set loss in the first round.

The Perlas Spikers hit 47 attacks with Jem Ferrer orchestrating the offense with 30 excellent sets.
