Terrence Jones finished with 35 points and 22 rebounds, and TNT proved to be a steadier team down the stretch in its 104-93 win over Alaska at Araneta Coliseum on Wednesday to reach the 2019 PBA Commissioner's Cup semifinals.

After a 36-point beating on Sunday, TNT started sluggishly in the deciding game, but the KaTropa eventually found their touch from long distance as Alaska couldn't sustain its offensive surge.

TNT battles defending champion Barangay Ginebra in the final 4. Their series starts Friday.

With the game tied at 87-all, TNT went on a 17-6 run, in which the KaTropa limited Alaska to just one field goal in a span of 7-and-a-half minutes.

Still, Alaska was within striking distance with 90 seconds remaining, until Jones buried a 3-pointer to make it 98-90.

The Aces then missed 3 consecutive triples, while Jones made enough free throws to ice the win.

Jones was subpar in the first game Sunday, registering only 19 points and 6 rebounds to go with 7 turnovers.

In the deciding game, he posted a double-double to go with 9 assists.

Troy Rosario contributed 20 points, while Jayson Castro added 17 as all TNT starters scored in double digits.

All in all, the KaTropa made 13-of-37 3-pointers, making key baskets in the fourth to cause the separation.

Simon Enciso came off the bench to score 24 points to lead Alaska.
