A well-oiled NorthPort side looked unstoppable in routing San Miguel Beer 121-88 in the 2019 PBA Commissioner's Cup at Araneta Coliseum on Wednesday.
The Batang Pier leaned on Robert Bolick's 25 points, as 6 of his teammates scored in double figures.
Prince Ibeh tallied 18 points and 11 rebounds, as North Port (4-1) gained a share of the lead in the standings with Blackwater.
The Beermen, led by Charles Rhodes' 27 points, couldn't get things going in their first game since winning the Philippine Cup title.
NorthPort coach Pido Jarencio acknowledged that his crew might have caught the Beermen on a bad day. This, however, didn’t mean they have an easy time during the game.
