MANILA - Los Angeles' Staples Center, "the house that Kobe built," was a sea of #8 and #24 jerseys Saturday as the Los Angeles Lakers played their first game since NBA legend Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna, and 7 others perished in a helicopter crash last Sunday.

In a pre-game ceremony, players, fans and personalities paid tribute to Bryant, whose legacy has been cemented in the team's franchise history.
