Closed for disinfection

A health worker mans the entrance of the emergency room of the Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center in Tondo, Manila on Wednesday. The hospital’s emergency room was closed starting April 28 until May 5 for disinfection procedure after 8 hospital staff were infected with COVID-19 according to the city government of Manila. Filipino crew members ready to disembark from ship

Members of the Philippine Coast Guard patrol the Eva Macapagal Super Terminal as the cruise ship Pacific Explorer docks on Wednesday to allow its Filipino crew members to disembark. The crew members will be allowed to disembark after a 14-day quarantine on the ship and another 14 days after they disembark. The coast guard is monitoring seven cruise ships with Filipino crew members in Manila Bay. ABS-CBN News

Coronavirus takes its toll on the United States

Taguig opens drive-through COVID-19 testing

Healthworkers conduct swab tests at a drive-through COVID-19 testing center in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig on Wednesday. As part of the city’s Systematic Approach to Responsible Testing (SMART) program, the testing facility caters to residents who own vehicles and are unable to get tested in other testing sites. The drive-through testing facility is located at the Northeast Parking Area in front of Kidzania, and is open every Wednesday from 3pm - 5pm. George Calvelo, ABS-CBN News
