Still reeling from a magnitude 6.6 quake that struck on Oct. 29, Cotabato was rocked by a magnitude 6.5 temblor Thursday. This after after a magnitude 6.3 temblor hit parts of Mindanao on Oct. 16.
The series of quakes have left at least 14 people dead and 403 injured, according to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC). The NDRRMC also reported almost 3,000 structures damaged.
The quakes have affected some 12,000 people who are temporarily sheltered in 19 evacuation centers.
