MANILA—The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will bring rains in parts of the Visayas and Mindanao Tuesday, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
Western Visayas, Davao Region and Caraga will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorm, weather specialist Ezra Bulquerin said.
The northeasterly surface windflow also prevails over Luzon, which may bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country, meanwhile, will have fair weather.
