MANILA — Supporters of President Rodrigo Duterte have started to arrive at IBP Road in Quezon City ahead of the President's 4th State of The Nation Address.
Supporters arrived as early as 9 a.m. from different parts of Metro Manila; others even traveled from Bulacan and Baguio City.
Police have counted at least 760 people joining the rally as of 11 a.m.
Many of those who joined the rally are residents of Barangay Batasan Hills.
A stage is prepared to accommodate speeches from different supporters as the SONA begins this afternoon.
Security along IBP Road is tight as some parts are already closed to traffic.
