MANILA -- President Rodrigo Duterte will discuss corruption, illegal drugs, criminality, rebellion, and issues about the West Philippine Sea among others in his fourth State of the Nation Address, Malacañang said Sunday.
Duterte will also report on the promises he had made and the achievements of his administration in the first half of his term, Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo said.
"The past year has been meaningful and we are all excited for what was prepared for tomorrow's momentous event," he said.
Panelo earlier said the President's speech would be short because the 3 pre-SONA forums were able to extensively discuss the administration’s achievements in its third year in office.
Communications Secretary Martin Andanar estimated the President's SONA to be completed in 45 minutes up to 1 hour and 20 minutes.
