MANILA - A fishball vendor was arrested Sunday for allegedly harassing the son and daughter-in-law of Chief Justice Lucas Bersamin in Makati.

Bersamin's daughter-in-law was walking in Barangay Bel-Air when the vendor allegedly insisted that she buy from him. He allegedly followed her when she refused, prompting her to call her husband, Lucas Bersamin, Jr.

The 2 men allegedly argued until the vendor moved as if to draw something from his waist.

The younger Bersamin then asked help from the police, leading to the vendor's arrest.

No weapon was found on the vendor, but he will still face complaints for unjust vexation and threat.
