Lito Atienza said the inaction of the House of Representatives on the franchise bills was bordering on “illegality.” ANC will be airing the proceedings live.
Today is also the day the network is set to answer a petition filed by the Office of Solicitor General before the Supreme Court to issue a gag order on the quo warranto petition it filed against the network.
