The Department of Justice has issued a lookout bulletin for the suspects involved in the so-called “rent-sangla” scam.

Aside from the immigration lookout bulletin orders (ILBO), the Justice department also issued documents giving the National Bureau of Investigation the authority to investigate and build a case against suspects Tychicus Historillo Nambio and his accomplices, Rafaela Asunciacion and Lea Constantino Rosales.

Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre called for other possible victims of the scam to come forward, in order for authorities to be able to build a case against the suspects.

While they have the photos of those involved in the scam, Aguirre said they would welcome any help in ensuring justice is given to the scam vicims.

Asunciacion was caught in Bulacan, he said, but she was eventually released because no case was filed against her. Nambio was detained at the Biñan police station and is under inquest.
