Challenges to Moro rebels' decommissioning

The largest Muslim rebel group in the Philippines, the Moro Islamic Liberation Front, is expected to begin the decommissioning of some 12,000 fighters on September 7. It's part of the crucial normalization process under the peace agreement between the rebel group and the government. But in this edition of #MattersofFact, a senior adviser for the peace advocacy group International Alert says the decommissioning of weapons may not necessarily translate to a better situation in Mindanao.
