Vico Sotto is eager to bring change to Pasig City.
He's eager to get rid of the city's confusing odd-even coding traffic scheme; he's eager to address the disparity of wealth and opportunities between its east and west side; and he's eager to provide quality medicine to its people.
But when it comes to his love life, Sotto is not as eager in finding a girlfriend as he is with fixing these problems, now that he has toppled the decades-long leadership of the Eusebio family there.
In an interview on DZMM on Thursday, he was playfully asked about whether he has a "first lady."

In the same interview, he answered questions about the traffic situation in Pasig City, vowed to remove the "quota" imposed on the city's traffic enforcers, and addressed the alleged protest of city hall employees, who was said to have worn black shirts in an apparent boycott against him during his proclamation.
