MANILA – “Mamma Mia,” the hit musical featuring the songs of the Swedish pop group ABBA, is returning to Manila this year.

It will be staged at The Theater at Solaire starting September 29 as part of the show’s international tour.

Tickets are now on sale via TicketWorld. Prices range from P1,550 for a D-Reserve ticket to a weekday show, to P7,000 for a VIP pass on a weekend performance.

“‘Mamma Mia’ remains the ultimate feel-good musical,” said producer James Cundall, CEO of Lunchbox Theatrical Productions. “It blends a humorous and heartwarming story with some of the best-known songs ever written, from the world’s number one pop group of all time.”

“So whether you’ve seen the movie and want to experience the excitement of the show live on stage, or whether you’ve seen this spectacular show before and want to recapture the magic, here’s your chance!” he added.

“Mamma Mia” was first staged at the Cultural Center of the Philippines in 2012.
