MANILA – In this new restaurant of celebrity brothers-in-law Nico Bolzico and Erwan Heussaff, beef is the star of the show.
Located at Chino Roces Ave. extension in Makati City, Chingolo serves as the home of the prized Bolzico Beef. The brand, also co-owned by Bolzico and Heussaff, sells meat from the former’s family farm in Argentina.
Customers can order their preferred Bolzico Beef cuts at Chingolo as well as dishes like burgers and choripan, a popular sandwich in Argentina that has chorizo.
For those who want to cook their steak at home, the products here are also available for takeout, in slab form or precut and frozen.
Chingolo is also open for events, and the space can be rented for P25,000, fully consumable.
“If you love beef, come to us. If you don’t love beef, you also come to us,” Bolzico said in jest in a video posted on Chingolo’s Instagram page.
“There’s a lot of beef here, so you better love beef.”
