MANILA—"My husband at his HAPPIEST AGAIN."

This was what Liza Diño wrote in her Facebook post on Friday sharing photos of her husband, singer Ice Seguerra, performing for those who remain displaced at evacuation centers across North Cotabato because of a strong earthquake last month.

According to Diño, Seguerra spent the past few days visiting the victims, including those in Kidapawan City. She said that Seguerra wanted to lift their spirits through music.

"Buhay na buhay siya 'pag nakakatulong siya sa mga kababayan nating displaced or nabiktima ng sakuna," shared Diño.

"We may not have monetary funds to give to them but through his sharing of his music and being 'present' — showing them that they are not alone sa mga pinagdadaanan nila at mayroong mga taong handang dumamay sa kanila, it relieves them somehow sa kung anumang ang pagsubok na kinakaharap nila sa kasalukuyan."

Diño also apologized to her husband for not being able to join him in his visit to the different evacuation centers.

"But please extend our love and prayers for them and remind them na nandito tayong lahat para dumamay sa kanila," she said.

"Ingat ka dyan. I hope we can do some film showings there para kahit papano makatulong para maibsan ang lungkot nila --ingat ka love. I am so proud of you and what you do. Padayon!"

Diño is the chair of the Film Development Council of the Philippines. Check out her full post below:
