It's Kim Chiu's first time topbilling a movie on her own.
And Xian Lim, whom she is rumored to be dating for a while now, could hardly contain his excitement for her as the "Ghost Bride" debuts in cinemas nationwide.
On Instagram Wednesday, Lim posted a photo of him cuddling with Chiu and wrote: "To this delicate petunia, congratulations!"
"I know how hard you've worked and waited for this film. You are talented and one of a kind. ...I want to hug you right now because I'm so happy for all your success pero busy ka pa.
"Always remember [na] madami [ang] nagmamahal sa iyo."
His post comes after he was caught giving Chiu a kiss on the cheek during the horror flick's premiere held Tuesday night.
The two have been romantically linked for quite some time, but have yet to confirm being a couple despite being open about their feelings for one another.
Directed by Chito Roño, “The Ghost Bride” also stars Matteo Guidicelli, Alice Dixson, Christian Bables and Ina Raymundo, among others.
It marks the first time Chiu topbilled a movie without a love-team partner since entering showbiz in 2006.
