Julia Montes used to fly to Europe mainly for work, although she always carried a faint hope that she would somehow come across her biological dad.
Now, after finally reuniting with him, there's more purpose to her travels -- to make up for lost time.
On Instagram, the "Asintado" star penned a heartwarming letter to accompany a sweet photo of her hugging her German father, Martin Schnittka, about how "dreams really do come true."
She began by recalling the times she often wondered if she would ever get to meet Schnittka.
Montes, who is currently in London, concluded: "Gaya ng paborito kong mga salita, 'God's Perfect Time,' dahil para sa akin this time with my Dad and my family here is always a (Perfect Time). At siyempre, everything in God's will is worth the wait."
It was back in December 2016 when Montes was first reunited with her father thanks to help from her fans and friends.
Montes had previously said that her life would be "complete" if she could only meet her biological dad, who left her family when she was still a baby, leaving her deaf Filipina mother to take care of her.
