MANILA — Maymay Entrata has certainly come a long way since her winning stint in the reality TV series “Pinoy Big Brother.”
She’s one of the most visible faces on television today, with a fanbase that regularly storms social media.
Behind the glitz, Entrata’s life has changed, too, with several investments she’s made for her family, including her Japan-based mother, Lorna.
“Noong nakita niya ‘yung bahay, naiyak siya, kasi 28 years na siya doon sa Japan tapos nagre-rent pa rin sila,” she said in a recent episode of “Magandang Buhay.”
“Ang mahal po kasi ng renta doon, so ngayon naiyak siya kasi may sariling bahay na siya, at hindi niya akalain na magkakabahay pa siya. Tapos, masaya rin ‘yung kapatid ko na bunso,” she said.
Entrata also shared that she is currently building a house for her family in Camiguin. She also recently bought a tricycle for a cousin.
An unexpected blessing, she said, is a car, which she hadn’t known to be included with one of her endorsement contracts.
