MANILA – American singer and guitarist John Ford Coley is coming to the Philippines for a series of shows for Grandparents’ Day.
In a statement, Robinsons Malls said Coley will be performing in its malls on the following dates:
September 7 (6 p.m.) - Robinsons Place Manila
September 8 (6 p.m.) - Robinsons Galleria
September 9 (5 p.m.) - Robinsons Metro East
September 10 (4 p.m.) - Robinsons Magnolia
September 14 (6 p.m.) - Robinsons Place Santiago
September 15 (6 p.m.) - Robinsons Place Las Piñas
September 16 (5 p.m.) - Robinsons Place Tagum
September 17 (5 p.m.) - Robinsons Galleria Cebu
September 18 (6 p.m.) - Robinsons Place Tacloban
As part of the American soft rock duo England Dan and John Ford Coley, he consistently topped the charts throughout the 1970s. Their most famous song was the 1976 hit single, “I’d Really Love to See You Tonight,” which became a No. 1 song worldwide and was certified gold in several countries including the Philippines.
Apart from Coley, Robinsons Malls will also have the local vocal group The Company in Robinsons Magnolia on September 9, and The Boyfriends in Robinsons Novaliches on September 10 at 5
