Marvel's House of Ideas is bringing the big guns to Disney+, the new streaming service from The Walt Disney Company.
Not content with their new series Loki, WandaVision, What If, Hawkeye and Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Marvel is also bringing 3 fan favorites to the streaming service.
First up is Kamala Khan a.k.a. Ms. Marvel, a Pakistani-American teen who discovers that she has shapeshifting abilities.
Created by editors Sana Amanat and Stephen Wacker, writer G. Willow Wilson, and artists Adrian Alphona and Jamie McKelvie, Khan is Marvel's first Muslim character to headline her own comic book and quickly became one of Marvel's top new characters.
Next on the Disney+ service is She-Hulk. Jennifer Walters is a hotshot lawyer who also happens to have gamma-powered strength courtesy of her cousin Bruce Banner. A mix of beauty, brains and brawn, She-Hulk promises to be the first character to work in the field of superhuman law while also devoting time as one of Earth's mightiest heroes.
Last but not least on Marvel's new slate is Moon Knight. In the comic book, former US Marine and boxer Marc Spector is left for dead in the desert when he is given new life by the Egyptian god Khonshu. Clad entirely in white and with an array of amazing weapons, he now fights crime as the superhero Moon Knight.
Other casting news during D23 Expo: Emily Van Camp will reprise her role as Sharon Carter in the new series Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Also making an appearance is US Patriot played by Wyatt Russell.
Kat Dennings will reprise her role as Darcy Lewis while Randall Park will return as an FBI agent in the series WandaVision.
