MANILA – Kapamilya actress Bea Alonzo was recently hailed as the first Philippine ambassador of a cellphone brand which also has Korean superstar Gong Yoo as its endorser.
Now that they are promoting the same brand, Alonzo admitted she would love to meet the Korean actor someday.
Gong Yoo is best known for the zombie hit “Train to Busan” and the Korean drama series “Goblin.”
Alonzo said that if given a chance, she would love to act with Gong Yoo in the future, describing him as a “very, very good actor.”
“Nakakatuwa siyempre we're both endorsing a good product and sana one day makasama ko sa isang online short film series. I hope and I pray that will happen,” she added.
Aside from being chosen as its newest ambassador, the cellphone brand made webisodes for the actress about the “modern take on second chances.”
According to Alonzo, the Korean star is first in her Top 5 list on who she would like to take a selfie with.
The four others include her showbiz crush Jericho Rosales, her “A Love to Last” partner Ian Veneracion, her mother, and her special someone, actor Gerald Anderson.
With a lot of things going on for Alonzo, she considers career as one of her inspirations.
“I'm doing a teleserye now. I'm always inspired when I am working. I'm always inspired when I'm working with the people I like,” she said.
