Fans of Anne Curtis are buzzing with excitement after Push reported that the "It's Showtime" host will be starring in a movie with a famous Korean drama actor.
Sources are saying that Viva Entertainment chairman Vic del Rosario flew to South Korea over the weekend to finalize plans with his partners for the project.
The report speculated that Rosario is talking about "Goblin" and "Train to Busan" star Gong Yoo when he dropped a hint over Curtis' possible leading man, saying that he is popular with Filipinos.
Curtis, who has a newfound obsession with Korean dramas, often joking about it with her fans on Twitter, described Yoo as her "ideal" co-star in one of her previous interviews.
Last month, she booked a trip to Hong Kong for a fan meet with Yoo. She was joined by Kim Atienza, who scored an interview with the K-drama actor for his show "Matanglawin."
