MANILA -- Now that hit Korean drama series "Goblin" is being aired on ABS-CBN's primetime bida, "It's Showtime" host Anne Curtis is among the excited Pinoy fans who make it a point to go home early to watch the episodes.
In an interview with Preview Magazine, Curtis said her love story with K-drama began when she saw "Train To Busan" starring Gong Yoo.
"It started off on a Sunday night, and I just wanted to watch a movie and ended up watching 'Train To Busan' where I fell in love with the lead actor," she recalled.
Curtis said her fascination for Gong Yoo urged her to search for his other films and series. By accident, she found "Goblin."
"So I said, 'You know what? Why not try?' And it ended up taking over my life. And 'yon na nga, kinain na talaga ako ng sistema ng K-drama," she said.
"Goblin" airs weeknights after "A Love To Last."
Meanwhile, here's a video by Preview Magazine where Curtis where she guesses the meaning of different Korean words.
