Everyone lost their collective cool when pop star Taylor Swift released her newest single "ME!" featuring Brendon Urie of Panic! At The Disco --a song about embracing individuality and owning it.
But perhaps no one did moreso than the singer's fans living in Quezon City, which Spotify found this Friday as the ones who stream her the most, beating cities such as Los Angeles and London.
According to the streaming service, no other city in the world has streamed Taylor Swift's songs more than Quezon City over the past 28 days. The ranking goes as such:
- Quezon City
- Mexico City
- Los Angeles
Spotify did not provide the exact number of streams, but they did share the songs that were most listened to, namely "I Don’t Wanna Live Forever," "Look What You Made Me Do," and "Delicate."
Though despite Quezon City leading the way in terms of steaming count among cities, the Philippines overall lags behind the US and the UK when taking countries as a whole. We do lead Asian countries, with Indonesia being the closest to us in 9th.
You can now listen to "ME!" on Spotify.
