MANILA—They're widely considered as one of the best bands of the turn of the century, managing to perfectly walk the tightrope between pop and experimental music.
And this year, as part of Stereolab's ongoing world tour after reuniting, Filipino fans will have the chance to catch the London-based avant pop icons live for the first time.
They'll be performing at Samsung Hall of SM Aura in Taguig on March 13. Tickets are priced P3,500.
The Manila leg is part of Stereolab's recently announced concert dates for US and Asia. It continues their comeback tour, which began last year, their first trek since their hiatus in 2009.
It also comes after the group reissued its early records, including popular albums "Emperor Tomato Ketchup" and "Dots and Loops."
