MANILA - E-commerce has plenty of room to grow in the Philippines given the size of the country's population, a consultant said Thursday.
Giving consumers the best "online to offline" shopping experience can help the retail industry reach its maximum potential, Lee Gil the group vice president for global retail industry of JDA Software told ANC.
He said getting the formula right will help encourage shoppers to spend 3 to 4 times more using both online and physical channels.
"For me it is the right philosophy. The real price is to give customers a seamless shopping experience," he added.
