MANILA – Online marketplace Lazada is turning to livestreaming and training sellers to help drive growth in the platform, its COO said Wednesday.
There is “very good momentum” in e-commerce services including payments and marketing solutions, Carlos Barrera told ANC.
"Filipinos are becoming more aware in the customer and seller side… We see the progress is very encouraging," Barrera said.
"Philippines is one of the fastest growing. It is true we’re coming from a low base but when we compare to our Southeast Asian peers, we’re growing very rapidly," Barrera said.
