MANILA - Ride-hailing platform Grab said Wednesday it is offering free transport services to quake victims in Pampanga.
In a statement, Grab said the free transport service will be available in the towns of San Fernando, Guagua, Porac, and Floridablanca Pampanga from April 25 until April 27.
From 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Grab said it will station cars at the designated entrance and exit points of the following hospitals:
- Jose B. Lingad Memorial Regional Hospital (City of San Fernando)
- Diosdado Macapagal Memorial Hospital (Guagua)
- Jose S. Lapid District Hospital (Poracl)
- Romana Pangan District Hospital (Floridablanca)
The company said it is also ready to assist in other municipalities.
Grab said it is also offering financial assistance to its drivers in Pampanga who were affected by the earthquake.
Passengers can also donate to the Red Cross via their GrabRewards points which they can access through the app, Grab said.
Pampanga was among worst hit when a 6.1-magnitude quake struck Luzon on Monday.
