In line with the organization's goal of harnessing teamwork and camaraderie in and out of the workplace, Concentrix recently held the closing ceremony for this year's Concentrix Cup, a month-long sports festival held at the San Juan Knights gym in San Juan City.

With Executive Committee leaders Joe Saucedo, Rajat Ahluwalia, Alok Dixit, and Marc Dimen in attendance, all Metro Manila sites were represented by their respective teams who participated in the various Cup games.

Champions for all events were awarded that day with the Tera site bagging the trophy for basketball, while Spark and UP Ayala finished in 2nd and 3rd place, respectively.

Spark emerged as the volleyball champion, followed by UP Ayala in 2nd place and Taguig in 3rd place.

Melvin Acuin and Kat Anselmo were hailed as the king and queen of singles badminton, while the pair of Carla Polvorosa and Allan-Von Malaki ruled the mixed doubles division.

In table tennis, Exxa lorded it over all sites, finishing as champions in the mixed doubles (Van Jardin and Ivan Chavez), men’s (Ivan Chavez, John Espeso, Benjamin Zoleta, and Koojie Aketa) and women’s (Van Jardin, Marycris Fulay, and Sheila Zoleta) team events.

Everybody certainly had fun as the Cup ended, but more than the opportunity to take a breather from their responsibilities at work, the staff were grateful for the new ties and stronger bonds forged with their colleagues. This shows how the organization remains as "One Team" towards their goal of a bigger Concentrix that is #DifferentbyDesign.
