Recently, business service company Concentrix sent more than 100 staff members to Boracay for an all-expense paid trip in celebration of the 2018 APAC President's Club – the company's most prestigious rewards and recognition program.

This, Concentrix said, is aligned with their core value of being fanatical about the welfare of their staff. This includes honoring their employees’ hard work and contributions to the organization. They also make it a point that team members feel acknowledged and appreciated for what they do.

"The President's Club is important because it makes employees feel more valued and part of the company. People who are being recognized tend to perform better. It is also one of our values – being fanatical about our staff," said awardee Wee Dela Fuente.

Awardees came from various sites, accounts, and departments in the Philippines, China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand, UAE, Vietnam, Australia, and New Zealand to join the festivities specially organized for them and their plus ones.

All attendees were formally welcomed with a cultural night and a special dinner on their first day at the venue while water activities such as snorkeling, kayaking and paddle-boarding including a pampering session at the spa followed the next day. Awardees were also treated to a luau-themed party during the Tiki Night.

The formal awards ceremony was held on the third night where all awardees and guests were invited to cocktails, dinner, and a post-awards party on the island.

As the 4-day event concluded, it was evident in the smiles on the guests' faces how much they enjoyed having a seemingly quick yet memorable respite. Their sincere happiness is a genuine manifestation that Concentrix is passionate about making employees feel that they are treasured.
