Leading global technology company, Vivo, revealed its second flagship midrange smartphone, the V17 Pro, at the Shangri-La Hotel at the Fort in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Presented through a grand launch, Vivo officials and brand ambassador Maine Mendoza, demonstrated the product’s capacity to enrich photography experience for Filipino mobile users.
Armed with six cameras including the dual front elevating selfie cameras and AI quad rear cameras, the V17 Pro captures fuller and clearer selfies and groufies, and super-macro and super-wide clear shots, regardless of dimly lit conditions.
Among the stars who attended the event is renowned photographer, Xander Angeles, who exhibited the striking images he took using the V17 Pro, giving emphasis to the distinctive depth and range from each of the smartphone’s optics respectively.
In addition to a 2400x1800FHD+Ultra FullView display using Super AMOLED, Vivo’s latest smartphone runs on Funtouch OS 9.1, features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675AIE 2.0Ghz octa-core processor, and is equipped with a 6GB RAM and 128GB storage space. Finally, it is powered and supported by a 4,100mAh battery with dual-engine fast charging.
Aside from Mendoza who spearheaded the welcoming of Vivo’s latest smartphone, and Angeles, other celebrities who got to experience V17 Pro’s spectacular performance before it goes out on the market, are model and actress Chienna Filomeno, singer-songwriter TJ Monterde, and celebrity vlogger siblings Vern and Verniece Enciso.
Available at a retail price of 21,999Php, the flagship product comes in two colored variants namely Knight Black and Crystal White.
