Saying I love you to your family means vowing to take some extra loving self-care to make sure about aging healthy. It is a decision... to make time for workout, to get enough sleep, to eat healthy-- it is a responsibility! Mahirap gawin pero dapat! I hit the treadmill and follow a fitness program at home. Puro work! Work on my career, work on making a house a home, work on making a home a happy home for my family, work on myself. Most of the time it's fun naman, so I can't complain. Ang daming ayaw maniwala na four months preggy na ko. Actually, mag-five months na sist! Bukod kase sa maliit yung tiyan ko naloloka sila bakit yung kilos ko raw same pa rin like before parang walang nagbago at paano ko raw kinakaya yung load ng work ko? Bukod sa healthy diet, enough sleep and exercise importante rin may gatas ang ating katawan sist! Hindi lang sa bata ang gatas, pati sa ating mga young at heart.
